In a large bowl combine softened peanut butter & maple syrup, mix.
Add the coconut flour to peanut butter & maple syrup mixture, mix until fully combined.
Transfer the batter into a small tray lined with parchment paper.
Press it down evenly with a spatula and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate & coconut oil separately, then mix until combined.
Pour melted chocolate & oil mixture on top of peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate tray until hardened (20-30 minutes)
Cut into slices and sprinkle flakey salt on top.
Store in fridge. Enjoy!
